Meet your Dog Walker

Kiki Ivanovsky is a dog enthusiast and artist living in Minneapolis, MN. She has hustled in various industries for the past decade—from dog daycare, to coffee shops, to professional house cleaning, to slinging groceries at Trader Joe’s— yet has always had a persistent fascination with dogs and dog training.
Kiki is the owner of Shadow Step Dog Walking, a South Minneapolis-based dog walking business, and is extremely delighted that she has the opportunity to spend her work days with dogs, and learn more about the way dogs think, learn, and play.

When she isn’t working or training with her own dog Kurama, you can find her painting in her studio, re-reading her favorite book series, or hunting for new furniture at local vintage shops.

The first step in this process is to reach out and schedule a free meet-and-greet.
At the meet-and-greet we will talk about your pets, decide what range of time will work best for your needs, and ultimately decide if this is the right fit for both of us!
Dog walks can be set on a weekly schedule or as needed basis. During a dog walk I will come to your home and provide one-on-one time outside with your dog and potty time. Unless it is too hot to be out, we will go for a leashed walk and I will send you an update on the Time to Pet App after each visit. Where are Meet-and-Greets held and what do pet owners need to bring?
Meet-and-greets are held at your residence. Please prepare as much info as you can before the visit — relevant medical information, the gear you would like me to use with your dog — and be ready to discuss your pet's routine and where your pet care supplies are located.Are you insured as a dog walker?
Yes, I am insured through Pet Care Insurance.Do you work with other animals besides dogs?
Yes! I am happy to do home visits for cats or other non-canine animals!Do you offer boarding services or overnights?
I am only focusing on dog walking for the time being.What forms of payment do you take?
I take all major credit cards, cash, and checks.What areas do you service?

You will not be charged for the full service if you cancel by 9AM the day of the scheduled appointment.
